I offer a ful retreat day to work through your fears and concerns, in an intimate and powerful way.
You’ll join a close group of 5 women, all seeking a more calm and empowered life. If you enjoy working in small groups, with expert eyes leading the way, then your transformation awaits.
This is the most powerful experience of my life. Not only did I get to work directly with Karina, but I made 4 other life-long friends. I left the day retreat with a whole bunch of resources and a weight lifted off my shoulders. I’ve already booked my second retreat in 2 months. Loved it!
What We’ll Cover
Comfort & Sharing
The first part of the day gives you time to share your story and receive powerful support and guidance from me and the group. You’ll be preparing yourself for the astonishing transformations and ‘ah-ha’ moments that will fill your day.
1-1 Therapy Session
As the group takes time to write, reflect and implement my specialist calming strategies, each person will receive a 60 minute 1-1 session with an anxiety therapist. This will give you time to really dig deep into the heart of your fears and come out the other end with new solutions.
Mindfulness Session
It’s the 21st Century’s answer to stress and anxiety, and I’m going to show you exactly how to make mindfulness work for YOU. By the time you leave, you’ll be well on your way to unhooking from your anxious mind and sailing into calmer waters.

Although ongoing therapy is advisable in most anxiety disorder cases…a whole day dedicated to your peace and power can leave you uplifted, hopeful and feeling strong.
When you give yourself the gift of a full day of self-care, alongside your regular therapy sessions, you’ll have the resources you need to feel fully supported.
